1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
2. Shipping Timeline
We deliver across India.
Estimated delivery time:

Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 working days

Remote Locations: 7–10 working days
Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, operational issues, or high-volume periods.
3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1000.

A standard shipping fee of ₹100 may apply for smaller-value orders.

All applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
4. Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

We accept online payments only through UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.

COD may be introduced in the future as we expand our service capabilities.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking link via email/SMS.

You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s portal.

If tracking information does not update immediately, please allow 24 hours for the courier system to sync.
6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Orders cannot be edited once dispatched.

If the address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may fail or be delayed.

If a shipment returns due to incorrect address or unavailability, the customer may be charged a re-shipping fee.

8. International Shipping

We currently ship only within India.

9. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or opened:

Take clear photos/videos of the package, and

Contact us within 24 hours on our given numbers.
We will assist with replacement or resolution.
